| Active Building Supplies was originally formed in Bundaberg in 1994 to meet the needs of the building industry. By responding to industry needs, the business gained a reputation as being a solid and reliable supplier.
Continued growth was achieved over the next twelve years by expanding and refining the range of goods and services offered. In 2006, it was decided to sell-off the hire divison of the company that no longer fitted with the company philosophy and planned future direction. |
With a move to the new purpose built premises, the company was re-launched in January 2007 as Active Trade Solutions. The change in name brings with it a refinement of the goods and services offered and a commitment to become a true Trade Supply Warehouse with substantial stocks of all commonly used items. The new name reflects the diversification to include building, industrial and manufacturing supplies. |
